1. Structure & Non-Fund Entity Definition
Ganetika Capital Partners operates strictly as a private civil investment partnership under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. It is not a mutual fund (Reksa Dana), a collective investment scheme (Kontrak Investasi Kolektif / KIK), a venture capital corporation (Perusahaan Modal Ventura), or a publicly offered financial product.
Ganetika Capital Partners is a proprietary co-investment vehicle. It represents a closed private agreement among a limited, restricted circle of partners (consisting of one General Partner and four Limited Partners). The partnership operates in accordance with the Indonesian Civil Code (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata) and standard corporate registrar filings.
2. Regulatory Domicile & Lack of Licensing
Ganetika Capital Partners does NOT hold an Investment Manager license (Izin Usaha Manajer Investasi) or an Investment Advisor license (Penasihat Investasi) from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). It is not registered as a broker-dealer or a licensed securities firm in Indonesia or any other financial regulatory jurisdiction.
Because the partnership does not manage public retail assets, solicit funds from third-party clients, or offer brokerage/advisory services to the general public, it operates outside the scope of licensed entity requirements. The partnership manages only the private, proprietary capital pooled by its partners under their mutual partnership agreement.
3. Absolute Prohibition of Public Offerings
No information or document on this Site constitutes a "Public Offering" (Penawaran Umum) of securities under Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets (Undang-Undang Pasar Modal) or subsequent OJK regulations.
Ganetika Capital Partners does not publish offer brochures, issue public investment circulars, or solicit third-party capital. Any discussions with prospective partners are strictly private, conducted on a one-on-one basis, and are subject to stringent qualification criteria to ensure compliance with Indonesian private placement limitations.
4. Investment Risk Warnings
Proprietary investments made by the partnership involve a high degree of risk. Equity markets, both within Indonesia (IDX) and globally, are subject to significant volatility.
